Welcome to Sweet Caroline's Cake Shop! My name is Caroline and I am the baker behind the counter. I take pride in making everything here at Sweet Caroline's from scratch using quality ingredients. My goal is to bake delicious, beautiful cakes and cupcakes for you and your loved ones to enjoy together. After all, nothing brings people together quite like a delicious slice of cake!
Simply the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted! Her cakes have the perfect consistency of fluffy and moist and the frosting and filling, the perfect compliment. Not only is the taste fabulous, but the design and detail are quite impressive- perfect for birthdays...or any celebration! I would be remiss if I didn't mention her cupcakes- just WOW!

Our Sweet Caroline's chocolate cake with peanut butter filling and chocolate buttercream frosting was both beautiful and delicious. It was rich, moist, and had excellent depth of flavor - hands down the best cake I have ever ordered! Caroline is a delight to work with and she created the perfect cake for our celebration. After seeing and tasting several cakes from Sweet Caroline's Cake Shop at various events, I ordered one for a family birthday celebration and everyone could not stop raving about the luscious chocolate mousse filling that she baked for us. In fact, my sister-in-law was so impressed that several months later she contacted Caroline to order one - now that is a good cake when it is remembered and reordered!
